Coming up with new recipes, or having the time to search for new ideas can take a lot of time. Time that frankly I don’t have. But in an effort to not eat the SAME thing everyday I decided to give Kraft Recipe Makers a try. Did you know that you can find them in your local grocery store? I loved the fact that I could just grab the box, pick up the few other ingredients needed, and I was on my way. The Sweet and Sour Chicken looked oh so tasty, so that’s the one I grabbed first!

Here’s why I love the Kraft Recipe Makers; this is all you need to cook your meal. AND it’s stupid easy…not to mention quick! Can you tell why I love it?!

What you’ll need:
* Kraft Recipe Makers Sweet and Sour Chicken box
* 1-1 1/2 lbs. of thawed chicken
* 1- 1 1/2 cups of uncooked rice
* 1 red pepper (we omitted that because the kids aren’t big fans of it)
* 1 small red onion
* 1 8oz can of pineapple chunks

Now let’s get started. Chop up your chicken, onion, and pepper.

Cook rice as stated on the rice package (minus salt). Then in a skillet cook chicken in 1/2 of the Sesame sauce provided in the Kraft Recipe Makers packet. Once chicken is fully cooked, add the vegetables and rest of the Sesame sauce. Cook for a few minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender. Add in the pineapple and finishing sauce, then let it sit for a minute or two. This way the pineapple can heat through.

Now dish it up and enjoy!

See, was that not the easiest thing ever?! I might need to make this again when company comes. They don’t have to know how easy it was, ha! Anybody can be a chef with these wonderful packets! Head on over to the Kraft Recipe Makers website for more of the meals they offer and while you’re at it, like them on Facebook!

That does sound easy and looks delicious! Thanks for sharing. #client
