In the south, we know how to eat, and most of the time, it’s potluck. You have to love a good potluck, all these delicious dishes and you get a little bit of each! But, what happens at the end of the potluck when the table is covered with empty glass 13×9 pans? Which ones’s yours!?
Here’s a simple way that I solved that problem by making my own glass etched 13×9 pan! And you can too with this DIY Glass Etching tutorial!
What You’ll Need:
*13×9 glass pan
*glass etch cream
*gloves
*stencils
*pen
*exacto knife
*sponge brush
*bowl of water
Place desired stencil image on top of blank stencil and trace it.
Take exacto knife and cut along the line.
Place stencils along the inside of the 13×9 pan.
Brush etching cream in a thick layer on the inside of the stencils, being careful to stay within the lines!
Let etching cream sit for 30 minutes before washing it off in the water.
Now no more confusion at the end of a great potluck! No mistaken who this pan belongs to!
