Why yes, another week has passed and I am still pregnant. Actually, Pippa has JUST now entered into the safe “it’s okay to pop” stage of pregnancy. And even though everyone thinks medically that it’s okay for her to come, I am still okay with her staying put for awhile. Seriously Pippa, listen to your mama!
I was BEYOND thrilled to see this picture on Instagram the other day! Ashley from SheShe Made is amazing and so talented! Not long ago she started a Bundle Of Joy package that I think is just genius! After you find out you’re pregnant you set up a little payment plan each month during pregnancy and then 3 weeks before you’re due, you’re all paid up, and this lovely set (boy and girl) options arrive at your door ready for baby! GENIUS I tell ya! Now that Pippa’s package is on her way I cannot wait to see it and then use all the lovelies when she gets here!

In other news…my sweet Ethan graduated kindergarten yesterday. Yes, I cried. How could I not, he is getting SO big! He was one of few children to receive an Academic Excellence Award in all subjects, so proud of him. And the moment I actually lost it during the ceremony was when all the kids sang a song called “1st grade, 1st grade” to the music of “New York, New York” I died, right then and there. First grade?! How is that even possible?!
These are blurry iPhone pictures, but I left my good camera at home. Oops!

So bring on the Summer Break!

You look really great!! It looks like you’ve had a good, busy week. 🙂 It won’t be long now! At how many weeks gestation did you deliver your other 4 children? I am excited for you.
You timed this pregnancy out pretty well – the birth will be after the hubub of school and before the sticky heat of the summer. *fist bump*
Well my kids vary between being born right on their due date, to 39wks, 38wks, and induced with our last at 37wks (because of blood pressure). I honestly think I am a week behind what they say, just because I’m measuring smaller the entire pregnancy, but we’ll see! Oh and 3 out 4 of my previous pregnancies were July, August, and September…so we LOVED the Texas summer heat. NOT!
You look SO great! Ashley did a fabulous job on Pippas attire, I just love it all! I think each year is a big shocker as our littles enter a new grade. Charli will be in second and I feel just the same as the first years!!
I know! Why do our kids have to grow up so fast????
Well, I beat you! My oldest, Josiah will be going into 2nd grade!! I think somewhere, somehow i missed counted…I’m wrong on his birth year, or something bc 2nd grade just doesnt seem possible. Then my younger son Noah will be in kindergarten next year!!! Very exciting and very bittersweet!!
and Youre looking GREAT!!!
you think youll miss being pregnant?
