My love for the people, mission, and products of fashionABLE are no secret. Frankly I could go on and on about how amazing it is that they help women who have been freed from the sex industry by teaching them a trade, giving them a job so they can provide for themselves, and allow them to feel WORTHY for probably the first time in their lives. But for your sake I’ll keep it short, ha! When fashionABLE began they had only one product, these fantastic woven scarves. As the years have unfolded, they’ve expanded adding some wonderful leather goods. Now this summer they plan to rock our world with THREE outstanding new products! 
The Teshome wrap bracelet is available for the first time today! Handcrafted in Ethiopia with 100% Ethiopian leather. They come in 5 colors, each with a contrasting thread detail and a metal closure. Cost is $24 and are they not FABULOUS?! I have pretty much worn mine from the moment it came in the mail…and I WILL have to buy the other 4 colors, because they look so good stacked together. How can you not when buying these products helps women in Ethiopia stay out of the sex industry! In fact each product is named after a heroic woman who is changing her life and each product you buy comes with a note from the lady who made it. This is real deal, people helping people and I LOVE it. One day, yes one day I’ll be able to take a trip over to Africa and meet these women. Oh what a glorious day that will be!
