Life in Louisiana is different. In many ways it’s oh so wonderful, there are things that I’ve grown to love that I never thought would sound appealing at all. But this small southern living town has grabbed my heart so fast and I am totally okay with that. One thing though that I’m not such a fan of is the humidity and apparently I haven’t even seen what all of that will look like this summer, ha! It’s almost like the moment I go outside I feel so sticky…and hot. Then after a day of running errands, hanging out with new friends, or just spending time outside I feel just plain icky. Any other Louisiana livin’ friends feel the same?
The funny thing is, I sometimes grab a wipe from the diaper bag and wipe my hands, arms, neck, and the back of my knees. You know all of the areas that get sticky fast, ha! (You know you do it too!) Those babies did the trick, but it did seem a bit silly to use baby bum wipes on my neck. Why couldn’t there be something for adults to use? For after a long day of errands? Or after watching your kids outdoor baseball games? Or exercise? Now I think I may have found a solution! The fine people at Ban sent me these Total Refresh Cooling Cloths to give a try. I must say, I think I’m a huge fan!
They come in three refreshing scents that are not overpowering at all! But I love that you can just slip them in your purse and head out to enjoy the day. And if the weather or your activities get you a little sweaty, then grab a Ban Total Refresh Cooling Body Cloths and instantly feel better! But the best part about them is that they don’t leave you wet, nope just powdery fresh. Yes, these cloths have now changed life as we know it in Louisiana…and I couldn’t be more excited!
These blessed wipes must not be a well kept secret, because they are flying off the shelves and currently you can only get them on ebay?!?! So do yourself a favor and grab some before they’re all gone! And be sure to check them out on Facebook for more information!
What are your tricks to combat those sticky, icky days?!
