Being a kid is SO fun. I mean really, think about how awesome it is for a second. When you’re little you have others prepare/feed you food, bath you, dress you, change your diapers…all the work is completed right before your eyes. Without you having to so much as lift a finger. Oh and the best part?! You get to spend your days watching tv and playing with toys! Man how I wish those days still existed for me. 
But I have the next best thing, getting to experience my kids enjoying “the good life“. Not too long ago Sam took the older three kids off on a fun day out complete with a movie and popcorn. They were THRILLED! Even more so when they heard the movie they were going to see was Disney Planes. Seriously, the love for the first installment (Disney Pixar Cars)Â runs deep in our family, so how could you go wrong with the second movie?! You can’t. 
When they got home from their little outing all they spoke were movie quotes. “I’m not crying, I’m British!” That line makes them bust out laughing to this day! So naturally I HAD to get them these cute little Disney Planes toys while at Walmart. Each plane character toy brought excitement across their face as they remembered a little about them from the show. 
How fun is it that they get to be fighter planes, act out scenes from the movie, or be characters they’ve grown to love. The possibilities are endless and imagination runs free! They make the rules, fly to places they’ve never been, and can copy word for word from movies they’ve fallen in love with. 
We really hit a home run with these adorable Disney Planes toys, because the kids have tried to sneak them to bed, school, church, you name it! That my friends is a good buy, ha!

I think my favorite part of being a kid was living a bit more carefree. 😉 I love living vicariously through my kids as they enjoy life now. They keep me young. And Disney Planes was one of our summer favorites as well. Even my girls really enjoyed the movie.
We were able to see the movie while at Disneyland. We went to the Downtown Disney theater and had so much fun!
I love the innocents of childhood. Your daughter sleeping with her toy reminds me of one of my twins who sleeps with his Legos. Sweet.

Love to see your children’s beautiful faces. My 2 yr old cuddles on a hair bow my friend knitted. It is funny what grabs them. She was not into Planes as much as I was. I hope to see the ending soon. 🙂

Nolan got some for his birthday and yes, I agree, they are cool. 🙂 He likes to try and sleep with them too lol
