Some days…okay most days, the idea of working out does not sound fun at all. Especially when I have spent the day wrangling 4 kids, not to mention growing a fifth in my belly. That’s a lot of work my friend, and unfortunately it does not prove to keep me in shape or hinder the arrival of unwanted, unnecessary pounds. (yes, while you are pregnant weight gain is good, but there is a point it can be excessive…like when you sit down to eat 5 donuts for breakfast, ha!)
Now my kids LOVE to be outside, as a matter of fact they prefer it. So why not get your work out in while enjoying time with the kiddos?! Plus we want to make sure your routine is safe for working out while pregnant.
