All my life I wanted daughters!
Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE my boys to pieces…but I don’t think Sam would appreciate me putting bows in Ethan and Titus’ hair.
Yeah, not happening.
And one of the things I was most excited about when dreaming of having daughters, was taking them to ballet. Paisley is FINALLY old enough to begin “ballerinas” as she says. (and wants to go!) So with both her and I excited we set off on a Mommy, daughter date to purchase her proper attire!
This girl LOVES her some pink, anything frilly, and POPCORN!
We HAD to get a snack…right!?
Monday morning Paisley ran to me with her clothes and begged me to get her dressed!
I cannot believe her hair is long enough to put it in a bun!
I DIE!
The moment she slipped on those beautiful slippers she immediately began prancing around the house on her toes. This mama was choking back the tears with all her cuteness!
Parent’s are not allowed in the class as to not distract the girls, and while I agreed with this theory I was really afraid Paisley might be a little scared to go inside alone. Home girl ran in and plotted down on the ground like all the other girls!
Thankfully the director snapped some pictures during class and sent them to us!
She is SO precious!
And though we couldn’t go in, we COULD peak through the curtained window. As I gazed upon my little, brave ballerina, I couldn’t help but notice how she was such a natural. Not talent wise…for pete’s sake she’s only 2 1/2, ha! But she just fit right in; learning, following along, and loving it!
Swoon!
After class I had one happy girl!
She keeps asking me when she gets to go back to “ballerina”.
Such a fun time we have ahead!
