Today is THE Day!

Y’all it is SO hard to believe that my sister is getting married today.

Honestly I am becoming quite emotional right now writing this post (and it’s a couple days early).


I still think of her as this little chubby cheeked, sweet as pie, story telling 4 year old. HOW CAN SHE BE GETTING MARRIED ALREADY?!?!

But she is…today.

Their story is actually all a God thing. We have known Jason and his family for about 10 years. We used to go to the same church. Then after a couple of years they moved. But Stephanie and Jason always kind of kept in touch. Then last year when Stephanie headed up to the U of A (WOO PIG SOOIE) she met up with Jason again. They began dating…and well, the rest is history.

Though my heart is sad to loose the little chubby cheeked Stephie, and am beyond excited to be apart of their journey and welcome Jason into our family. My children are over-the-top in love with him, and I’m pretty fond of him myself!

I love you and I am so grateful where God has brought you to. There is nothing I would rather be doing today than helping celebrate your love and marriage. Though we are 6 years apart you really are one of my best friends and I proud to cal you sister. Don’t forget to take deep breaths today, enjoy and take in all that is going on, and keep those lips colored! 😉
