In my house it seems as though there are two major rooms neglected of decorative inspiration.
One is our bedroom and the other is our bathroom. They kind of go together I guess?!?
I mean our bathroom has a canvas Ethan painted when he was two. And while it is cute to remember how little he was, we just hung it on the wall because we didn’t have anything else, ha!
Enough was enough, we needed to mark our territory. Claim our land. So with that sudden burst of enthusiasm and bravery the whole family took a trip to Cost Plus World Market! Have you ever been there? The place is simply AMAZING!!

I LOVE all the African Safari inspiration.
And this elephant almost came home with us…until the hubby nixed the idea. boo.
This is more of Sam’s style of decorating. And I can TOTALLY go for that…just not in our bedroom or bathroom.
The “travel” map letters were beyond AWESOME!
All the kids even had a BLAST!
Yes, my oldest child thought we needed a YARD of bubble gum.
It’s hard to keep that kid on track, ha!
After all our “sight seeing” we needed to get on task.
To the bedroom and bathroom section it was!
While in the bedroom section I almost fainted over this furniture.
The soft neutral linen is SO light and fun!
But my favorite part was the patterned duffets.
Each one was different….oh I SO want NEED that set!
Once we stepped over to the bathroom section I was drawn in. Everything was color coordinated, stacked, crisp, and clean. The neat freak inside of me was hooked! Maybe, just maybe if I decorated my bathroom with these items, it would transform my life into the neat clean, crisp feeling I have standing in this aisle.
It’s worth a try, right?!?!

To behold our fabulous NEW adult bathroom!
It’s so light, fresh, clean.
We bought a new rug, towels, shower curtain, basket, and wall decoration (which is a wind chime…but it was TOO fab to pass up!)
I’m telling you, I find myself spending a little more time in there now, ha!
