My friend Brittany asked me to guest post for her one day this week while she was away… when thinking about topics I could post about I kind of drew a blank.
First, I thought I would post about the things that I have learned from Brittany Estes.
1. How to keep your cool with three kids… wow I have one and I feel like I can’t keep it together half the time.
2. How to pull a good prank, like when she told us she was having twins on April Fools day and almost everyone believed her… including me.
3. How to make my blog look super good. I actually didn’t even really learn this, she just did it for me.
4. How to multi-task like crazy! This girl does it all, and does it well. Three kids with one on the way and she sells Mary Kay and makes adorable wreaths!
5. How to make it into a magazine. If you haven’t seen the Parenting magazine article about her boys, it is a must read and so so funny!
6. How to make milk look sexy, milk in a wine glass… you should try it.
Seriously, Brittany inspires me because she is such a great mom and has so much fun with her kids and husband, so I totally know why you all read her blog!
And… here is a little about me and my blog, You and Me plus Hudson is Three.
I’m Jenna, a wife and mother as well as a nurse. I really feel like my “work” never stops and sometimes my “part-time job” of being a nurse is actually a break from my “full-time job” of being a mom. I feel like my blog is a place to show others a picture of my life and who I am as a real person. I struggle with weight loss, working, saving money and keeping it all together. I have a lot of hobbies but only a little time to do them. I like to coupon and make sure I am up to date with the latest deals, especially with the expensive stuff I like to buy but mainly with the boring stuff I have to buy so that my family can survive. I want all of my readers to know that I am honest and real and I love to share tips and great deals that I find.
So if you’re interested, take the plunge and check out my blog too, the story of me, a full-time wife, mother and part-time nurse, the boys who run my life and the God who rules my universe.

Such a sweet post for Brittany. Seriously, I think everyone could learn a lot from Brittany, especially having patience with a smile and laugh. I’ll be sure to visit your blog, Jenna.
