I am excited to announce that my baby daddy husband will be returning tomorrow afternoon.
F-I-N-A-L-L-Y!!!
The home stretch seems like forever.
So it’s just:
ONE last day of suppressing the urge to pull my hair out.
ONE last day of forgetting Sam won’t be coming home from work tonight.
ONE last night of hearing the boys ask, “When is daddy coming home?”
ONE last night of putting them to bed by myself.
ONE last night of fighting working with Ethan to actually go to sleep.
ONE last night of sleeping alone. (and by alone, I mean just me and Paisley)
ONE last morning of having the boys come wake me up. (Sam usually let’s me sleep in because I don’t wake him up at night with Paisley…nice trade off, huh?!?!)
and….
ONE last post form this single mom who likes to call herself a Supermom.
…………………………………
With that said enough delay, let’s get on with my final full day!
You may remember from yesterday’s post that we stayed the night at the “parent” hotel. So glad we did because our continental breakfast was blueberry waffles (one of life’s little treasures) and coffee…with whip cream, because get this…they were out of creamer as well! HA! That can’t get me down…I’m like Macgyver, but only with coffee. 😉
Then once breakfast was done, we headed out to our ornate, gigantic pool for some fun in the sun.
All in all today was a great day.
Well until now, when I just realized that Sam is going to come home to a dirty house. I better jump on that.
Anyone wanna help?
