I am speaking to you with a great sorrow in my heart. For I feel that our great land has experienced yet another terrorist attack. One that has affected even the strongest of bloggers…which happens to be me, haha! And for that I am declaring war!

It seems that in just 3 short years I have allowed these terrorists to grow exponentially, making their demise seem impossible. What are the terrorists that I speak of?
Fat.
Plain and simple. The battle will be rough and I expect to loose a few good men out there. But, we WILL make it, and be stronger for that.

Thankfully I don’t truly look like this. (had some help from some trusty pillows!)
…but I tend to feel like that, haha!
I have some serious food loving weight to loose. Sounds simple, but I know it will be rough…you see, home girl LOVES her food. But I figure if I make it known that I need to loose weight, then I will feel a little obligated to do so…that and the fact that we are paying for a gym membership, so I definitely do not want to waste that money. (Sam might kill me, haha!)
Let’s put on our spandex, feel the burn and get it on Richard Simmons style! HOLLA!

OK so you’re an eater. ME TOO. i have tried and tried to cut back and eat less and it’s just too hard, plain and simple. so do the obvious thing, and keep eating your amount, but change WHAT you eat! and you have got to excercise. I never ever do so i am preaching to the choir here, but i’ve learned that weight loss MUST be both diet AND excercise together. Get those little kiddos a 3 way stroller and get to walking!(i know, easier said than done) BUT YOU CAN DO IT!
Girl, we are right there with you, I have to start watching what I eat. Jonathan and I are going to start eating healthy and workout more (I’ll do what I can for now, but once this baby is out I going to work this bubble booty off) If you need someone to talk too you have my number call or text I’m here for you babe.
