You read that correctly. We are heading into hopefully the final four weeks of pregnancy. My main goal is to not gain a ton of weight on this stretch, but to also work to keep my blood pressure down. I by NO means want to have a reproduction of Penelope’s birth this time. That was rough! Hoping for a nice intervention free, water birth! Natural birth is nothing new to me, but I am beyond excited at the thought of being able to birth in a tub. I’ve only really labored in a shower before…so excited! (Well as excited as one cane be for the pain of childbirth, ha!)
I know I’ve done this whole pregnancy thing 5 times, but I want to hear from you. What do you do to prepare for baby the last month? I feel like maybe I should start worrying about that soon, ha! Shoot my mom already has stuff packed for my other kiddos including clothes, snacks, and toys. She is prepared. Now the one expecting the baby…well she hasn’t given it much thought. ha! Someone want to come prepare for me?! Anyone?

Hey gurl – you’re looking great! I made a ton of freezer meals before my kiddos were born. It saved time, energy and still had healthy meals to put on the table. I remember plenty of times of not wanting to cook or simply not even having time to cook a nice meal. It’s great for you, the kiddos & hubs. Healthy, easy, and filling. Walla! Good luck on the home-stretch! 😀
