…is my two front teeth. front tooth.
A little over a year ago we (I mean Ethan), had a little mishap.
Since then we have monitored his teeth, making sure they weren’t loose (he’s not supposed to lose them yet), discolored, or forming abscesses on the gums.
So for the past year this hypochondriac mother OBSESSED over those little suckers…we even took a trip back to the dentist a week after his accident because I noticed one of his teeth were getting darker. (We were told that could mean the tooth was dying.)
So not only does this huge hole in his mouth where a tooth should be draw attention, but after that shock wears off you’re drawn to the nasty dark tooth beside the hole.
Precious.
Really, I’m destined to live in a trailer park, in rural Arkansas, with dead animals as decorations.
I pray it will at least be a double wide, thank-you-very-much!

You are so funny! The good news is he’s young and he’ll get 2 pretty spankin’ new ones soon!! Brave little guy 🙂
Awe Ethan!! He is so brave!! He looks so little in the photos from over a year ago. 🙂 We are going to have to do a funny session where you all have a blacked out tooth!! 🙂 LOL!!
At least he’s close to the age where teeth begin falling out.
My son has a pimple-like thing on his gum…Hubby is flipping about it but I kind of didn’t pay much attention to it. I guess I’d better get that checked out!
You are so hilarious. When will his next tooth grow in?
Well he sure does look cute without it so no worries! Lol
When my mom and bro and sis were in a car accident wayy in the day, one of my sisters front teeth like that died, and it never affected anything, except the look of it. And she was at the age were teeth fell out always. And so is Ethan, so you won’t have to deal with it much longer 🙂
I’m sure that they will grow back, especially now that he’s still a kid.
Such a brave kid. It’s rare to find someone so young with little to no fear of the dentist.
