Have you guys ever seen the show Man vs. Wild?
This man (Bear Grylls) is dropped in random wild locations around the world and not only does he have t survive, but he has to find his way to civilization.
Good stuff.
I’m sure Bear thinks he’s all big and tough because he has made his way through the Amazon, Sahara Desert, Antarctica, etc.
Big deal.
But I have an idea.
So in light of the above show I would like to introduce to you my new “spin off” series.
Woman vs. Pregnancy
It’s this great story about a woman (Brittany) who is already a little bit cooky, and she finds out she’s pregnant. Now she has to navigate her way through pregnancy and come out the other side with a beautiful baby…without losing her sanity.
But in order to accomplish this, she needs a survival kit.
…………………………
Inside it:
…………………………
1. Pregnancy pillow
2. Taco Bell (seems to be a must have this go around)
3. Water
4. Tank tops and panties (because nothing is more comfortable and sometimes it’s too hot to wear other clothes!)
5. Decaf coffee (even though it doesn’t have caffeine, you swear it makes you feel more awake.)
6. Naps (1,2,…25)
7. Cute little baby clothes (to remind you of the finish line)
Maybe being equipped with these tools, Brittany can trudge through the wilderness of backaches, swollen hands and feet, hot flashes, frequent urination, and a never-ending hunger…to find her way to delivery with a beautiful, healthy baby.
Maybe…just maybe.
(man this show is a REAL nail biter.)
Think you can take that Bear?
If you were making your own pregnancy survival kit, what would it include?

Great post, love it! My kit this time around would be
1. Naps
2. Tums
3. Coke or Pepsi (for headaches)
4. more tums
5. slip on shoes!
Actually “decaf” coffee does have caffeine, just not very much. 🙂
Let’s see, I need:
1. Ice Cream
2. naps
3.(i forgot what kind of meds I took for heartburn, but it is a MUST HAVE)
4. tank tops
5. stretchy pants
My must haves:
1. A clean toilet, cuz I had my head in it for 5 months.
2. Gold fish crackers, and gatorade, cuz it taste the same coming up.
3. A body pillow.
4. Jonathan’s shirts, they kept me comfy.
5. Finally moving into our house, so I could put the Zoe’s stuff together.
