My sister Stephanie has had quite a year.
I mean that is probably an understatement.
She has been struggling with some kidney issues since about July.
So I don’t have to hash out all of the details for her sake and yours 😉 I’ll give you a short rundown.
* she’s been on pain meds of ALL kinds (most of which don’t work)
* she’s had 4 surgeries
* she’s been apart of the homebound program at school because she is in so much pain she can’t even go (and it’s her senior year!)
Which brings me to this past Tuesday.
She was scheduled for yet another surgery (deja vu) which is the biggest of them all.
The doctors hope this is the end of the road for her, and I pray she can get back to feeling normal!
So after her surgery we went up to the hospital to check on her.
