How many of you guys have read the books or seen the movie Twilight?
I really didn’t find any interest in it from the beginning because I am not a big fan of reading books! (gasp!)
Then they made the book into a movie…not appealing either. Sorry.
Let’s keep in mind that I have not seen may of the “famous movie series” like; Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, etc. (don’t shoot me…I think it’s kinda cool to be different! haha!)

So fast forward to March of this year. We were up at my in-laws house and my sister-in-law was/is CRAZY over the books and movie. (I mean she has a shrine to Edward…the main male character) Well actually, Sam’s mom and ALL his sisters love the series!
So FINALLY the last night we surrendered to their requests and watched the movie.
Now I was expecting to not be impressed AT ALL, but I have to tell you I LOVED it!
For real!
I mean to the point when the movie was over I said, “Now I have to READ the second book because I can’t wait to just see the movie. That’s too long!”
So you know I liked the movie if I was willing to read all of the books in the series! (gasp!)
So to the worst part of the confession:
We went out and bought the COMPLETE series as well as the movie.
Oh…and we definitely watch the movie every couple of days! NO LIE!!
Anyway, I think the thing that has drawn me too like this movie, is Edward.
Oh my GOODNESS! I NEED this man in my life! He is so romantic, charming, protective…so totally drooling right now! HA!
Oh, and during the movie there was this song that I kept telling Sam that I loved, I mean the vocals I would die over…and come to find out, Robert Pattinson who plays the character Edward SINGS it! really? Can he be anymore perfect? Haha!
The funny thing is I am not even in the slightest bit attracted to the way he looks! Crazy huh?!
But if he looked like this…I’d be driving to LA today! HOLLA!

I L-O-V-E this series. I was actually on the verge of depression when it ended! I love Edward! There is actually a line of jewelry on this website where I’m getting my mothers day gift that is all twilight! It’s http://www.birthdesigns.com. I’m about to start the series again!!

I have read the first two books and have started the third.
I am not a big book reader either, so it is taking me awhile.
I have seen the movie, but have not purchased it yet.
I ? Twilight.
I ? Edward.
I ? all of it.
I’m still protesting it. Even though everyone says it’s good, I really have no desire to read the book or watch the movie! Maybe I’m just trying too hard to be different. 🙂
Oh girl. Right there with you. The books are AMAZING! I totally thought I wouldn’t be into it…boy was I wrong!! Enjoy! I wish that I was reading them again for the first time.
P.S. We bought the movie too. Our laptop ate the DVD, and I just about had have a coronary.
Please disregard the fragmented sentence above. Obviously, the emotional distress caused by my ruined Twilight DVD makes me type like a third grader 🙂
