So last night I decided to watch:
I have never watched this show before, but I thought I might like it. And I really did! (For those of you guys who DO watch it, sorry it has taken me so long to discover it’s greatness! HA!)
Okay, so last night the teams had a challenge to see which two teams got to work out in the gym this week. Normally they all get to, but this week through a kink in their plans! So the host put two chains and lock on the doors. The teams had to run up the hill/trail outside to the top, and at the top was a board of 100 keys for them to chose from. Amongst those keys were the two that opened the doors….so as you can imagine, they took quite a few trips up and down that hill to find the right one! WOW!
One man:
Started out the show at like 500 pounds! He was having some severe knee problems from carrying around all of that weight, but he kept trucking up and down that hill. All of the contestants helped him out at some point during the challenge…whether it was holding his hand through a slippery part, help push him up to the top, or just check on him. During an interview his son (who is on the show with him) said that he was SO proud of his dad, for all that he is doing, and how hard he is working.
Y’all this is where I lost it! I just burst out into tears! And then of course I started to laugh at myself because I was crying during Biggest Loser. REALLY?!?!
So I now tell you that I heart this show! I mean really! I think I might even want to be ON the show. You know they have casting for the show in Dallas on Feb. 28th. I think it might be a sign. HA! Sam said that I wasn’t big enough to be on the show, so I think my challenge is now to gain enough weight to get on the show! HOLLA! 😉
No, but seriously, I think we should start our own Biggest Loser blog edition! And instead of winning 250,000 dollars, the winner will get 25 dollars. How many people are with me?
Ryan HATES that show! So funny! I have watched it a few times, it is quite motivating. But I really like to see the end results. I’ll be more than happy to join you in like July! 🙂 Until then, I’m on a mad weight gain. I figure I’ve got a good 15-20 left to gain before I’m ready to lose. 🙂
I L-O-V-E this show!! I have felt sorry for Ron the whole seaons until last night. He really can’t contribute anything and could get better attention in a more specialized envrionment! I was so mad! I still love the show!
Also… Chris is doing the Biggest Loser at work and worked as hard as he could the 2 weeks before he started to put on wieght so that he could win. He didn’t think his starting wieght would give him a high enough percentage of loss… Gag right
