Help for the Busy Mom #moretoyou

Let me just be honest here, okay? I mean this is a safe place, right?! When people come up to me as I’m shopping at the store and say things like, “You are so brave” or “I couldn’t shop with my kids” in reference to a tired looking mama with her five kids 7 and under, I just want you to know one thing. I’m not a fan of the situation either, ha! Nobody in their right mind thinks, Hey let’s load up all the kids into the car for a solo trip for back-to-school shopping. It will just be a BLAST with everyone else and their mother shopping too. Nah, that’s not my idea of a dream day. But sometimes I have no choice and these sweet, crazy little boogers have to go with me. So sorry to burst your pretty little bubbles of my amazing life and parenting skills, but there is little to no joy in solo shopping with many small children.

Because of this, I am always searching for ways to make our shopping experiences easier and help this busy mom out. Sears has a fantastic solution for us busy moms and has asked me to share with you! Plus it would be just rude of me to find these things out and keep them to myself, right?! ha!

Sears has created a Shop Your Way mobile app for shoppers (aka: busy moms like us) to shop at home. But the fantastic part is the super convenient in-vehicle pick-up which is powered by the app. It enables you to pick up your online purchases at any Sears store within five minutes of arrival, without ever leaving your car—talk about a time saver! This is exciting stuff to me, y’all. I mean life changing business going on here. Nap time shopping has a whole new meaning now!

To really show how Sears wants to give more to their members, they’ve produced a video series called “More To You” featuring surprises with real people, based on their actual tweets! In the latest installment, Sears cameras drop in on Breanna, a young mom, and showcases how buying online and using In-vehicle Pickup makes her life as a single mom easier, but the sweetest part is the life changing surprise at the end of the video!
